Connected Home Sales Manager
We are expanding our Sales team in Europe and in search of an experienced sales manager with a solid contact network in the industry and a passion for making the connected, smart Home a smooth and easy to use experience for the consumer.
Who are we?
Seliro is a privately held, Swedish Software company with a global customer base. Our aim is to create the software that makes the connected, smart Home easy to use for its inhabitants and easy to support for its service provider. Founded in 2018, built on the strong legacy of Tilgin connected Home product portfolio. Seliro business is focused on two main areas: high performance device software and comprehensive management platforms. Each, and together, to power and remotely manage a multitude of residential device types, including WiFi Mesh, IOT smart hubs and triple play gateway devices.

What will you be doing?
- Our customers primary point of contact throughout their buying journey, from lead-generation over contract closing to post-sales activities, in the in designated region.
- Responsible for market and sales planning for the agreed region and deliver on sales targets.
- Grow and nurture existing accounts, but more so you will expand business in the region by New Account Management activities.
- Engagements that require you to be a trusted advisor on executive level as well as on operational level.
- Represent the full spectrum of Seliro SW portfolio, including when the Software is packaged in Tilgin Hardware portfolio.
- The position will require travel.
What are we looking for?
- We believe you have 7-10 years of proven sales results with minimum 3-5 years within broadband technology and software. Proven success in sales into new telecom accounts.
- Experience from selling smart connected home software solutions.
- Likely you are an early and eager adopter of the well-connected home, and you are your neighbor’s favorite neighbor as you always know how to fix their WiFi.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. In English, speaking and writing. Additional languages will be a strong advantage.
- Result oriented, self-motivated and a relationship builder.
We are headquartered in Kista/Stockholm and this is where this fulltime opportunity is. Still small, but already proudly diverse. As is our customer base.
